Welcome to FileZilla FTP TutorialYou are about to learn how to upload your files through a FTP client software called FileZilla. You will be able to launch the program and start uploading your files, once you successfully download and install the program.
Step 1: After you launch FileZilla, you should see a screen that looks similar to this:
As you can tell, FileZilla is not terribly complicated. On the left side you can see your local folder tree and below that you can see
the content that is in those folders.
To configure FileZilla to connect to your website please click File -> Site Manager. Step 2. A Site Manager window will show up. Now you need to fill in all the connection details. Click on the New Site button and enter "bravo" for the new connection settings. Please enter the host name as "ftp.bravoprintingco.com" (NOTE: "ftp" is at the beginning). Your Server Type is "FTP". Logontype will be "Ask for password". User will always be "transfers+bravoprintingco.com" and password should be provided to you through your contact at Bravo.
Step 3. Now you need to make sure the Transfer Settings are correct. Make sure the Transfer Mode is set to "Passive". Once you are sure the settings are correct click the Connect button.
Step 4. Now click the small arrow next to the computer icon at the top left to see drop-down menu. The word "bravo" should be visable. Click on "bravo".
Step 5. Enter your password. Click OK to continue.
Step 6. Drag and drop your files that will be transfered into the box on the right side.
That is all there is to it! You have just finished uploading your files. NOTE: If you change or update any of the files you will need to re-upload them again by following this tutorial once more. You may be asked to overwrite the the old file with the newer version. Make sure that you do want to replace the old file before you hit "OK".
You can safely close the program now.
